This condo unit #1 overlooks Port A's town and shopping!  It has a shared veranda that you can enjoy watching the town activity while relaxing.  This patio is the perfect spot to enjoy drinking your early morning coffee or you can  order from Trout Street Bar & Grill Delivery and enjoy Lunch or Dinner.  Catch some sun on the outdoor deck or relax under the stars at night.

This unit also comes with a reserved  parking so you can park your car and walk to all of the downtown destinations. Night-life, shopping, fishing guides....everything that Port A has to offer!

If you have a large group Trout Street Condos Upstairs are perfect!  You can rent units 1, 2 and or 3!  All three condo's together sleep 16!

​Fun Fact:  After Hurricane Harvey we decided to turn our upstairs space into 3 separate condos for vacationers to enjoy another unique spot in Port Aransas.  This space used to be the Bar Area of the upstairs Party room.
